Heathrow T1 pick up point is found by exiting the baggage reclaim hall then turn right and walk straight ahead towards check in until you reach zone C just past this to your right is an exit. Leave the building at this point. Once outside there will be a pedestrian crossing, use this and cross two lanes of traffic and you will be at the top of a set of nine steps. Go down these nine steps (or the ramp next to them) your taxi will be waiting there displaying your name in their window.
