Heathrow T5 pick up point is found by taking the lift to departures level (level 3) from the arrivals hall. The lift is just to the left of the "Costa Coffee Bar" which will be in front of you as soon as you enter the arrivals hall. Once you are at the departures level follow the exit signs and Leave the building at this point. Once outside you will be in front of a crossing, cross one lane of traffic. Turn left and Wait next to the pedestrian crossing opposite door number 2 1 (red sign above the door). Your taxi will be waiting there displaying your name in their window.

Please ensure you switch on your Mobile Telephone as your driver will be calling you about 20 minutes after landing.
